This letter is written as a recommendation of the work of Commonwealth Painting Company.

As my husband has taken a job in another city, we are in the process of readying our home to go on the market. We needed some updating with plastering and painting, and our real estate agent put us in touch with Homelink. They provided us with the names and phone numbers of two companies. We called Bill Rose with Commonwealth Painting, set up an appointment to show him what we needed, and after meeting with him we asked him to take on the job.

Mr. Rose and his staff have been very efficient, very careful and very clean. They have done an outstanding job with the plaster work as well as with all of the painting. While this may sound simplistic, our home is over 150 years old and repairing plaster can sometimes seem like opening up the proverbial' can of worms'. They handled every 'disaster' with proficiency and skill, while always keeping in mind our deadline.

We are truly indebted to Mr. Rose and his staff for their very professional job on our home. We are sorry that we did not make their acquaintance earlier as we would have used them extensively in our initial renovation.
