This is to let you know that we are most happy with the painting work provided by your company on the exterior of our house. Because of the age of the house and the number of coats previously applied, we were mostly concerned with the preparation work to be performed by your company. We were impressed with the amount of time your crew spent on preparation, and the results are absolutely breathtaking- We were also impressed with your quotation; we found the price to be extremely reasonable considering the amount of work to be done.

I must also note that the members of your crew were extremely polite and not at all intrusive during their performance of the contract.  Before the work commenced, I expected that the work would cause a great deal of upheaval in our lives. I was especially concerned about that since we have a young child who requires a morning nap every day. I was happy to find that your crew kept the clamor and distraction to a minimum, allowing us to go about our lives as usual.
